Time

Every day at the port has a price

Demurrage starts counting from discharge, not from the moment your paperwork is ready. So we review documents before shipping and open the customs file the moment the bill of lading issues — before the vessel berths.

The difference is not speed inside the port; it is that the file is ready before the vessel is. A shipment waiting on a missing document pays demurrage for every day it waits.

Stages

A single shipment normally passes through four different companies. We cover all four stages, which means one schedule and a clear owner when something slips.
